Ontario East Economic Development Commission (Ontario East) is proud to announce that TJ Flynn, President of Ontario East, was presented with an honorary Foreign Direct Investment Professional (FDIP) award at the recent Economic Developers Council of Ontario (EDCO) Conference.
The FDIP designation is delivered through a partnership between ResearchFDI and the Economic Developers Council of Ontario (EDCO), providing Ontario’s economic development professionals with exclusive access to the ResearchFDI Academy in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
This comprehensive program equips participants with advanced knowledge in:

Participants who successfully complete the program earn the FDIP certification, accredited by ResearchFDI and EDCO, positioning them as leaders in economic development and investment attraction.
The program also includes a customized Ontario-focused module developed in collaboration with Invest Ontario, ensuring participants gain regionally relevant expertise to support investment growth across the province.
