Kingston Economic Development Corporation is pleased to announce the Helix Funding program is now receiving applications, designed to support early-stage and scaling life-sciences businesses. The program provides funding for critical commercialization activities, including prototype development, regulatory consulting, IP strategy, and go-to-market support.
This project is funded by the Government of Canada through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario | Agence fédérale de … (FedDev Ontario) and delivered by Kingston Economic Development. The HELIX Funding program is a cornerstone of Kingston’s $3.4 million life-sciences initiative, supporting over 100 businesses and creating or maintaining more than 400 high-quality jobs over the next three years.
With a network of more than 20 partners, HELIX offers matching funds of up to $100,000 to help companies access specialized equipment, expertise, and resources.
