This program is intended for teams with a defined concept or MVP but limited market traction. It replaces assumptions with evidence through structured customer discovery, value proposition testing, market validation, and strategy development. Founders will leave with a clear, data-backed decision on how to proceed before investing additional time, capital, or resources.
