Drive Change with Labour Market Information
As part of the Future Skills Community of Practice, Research Impact Canada is hosting a webinar called Data to Decisions: A practical guide for finding and using labour market information.
In this webinar, partners, Regional Analytics Laboratory (RAnLab) will guide participants through the basics of finding and applying regional labour market information to support efforts in workforce development. The webinar is an opportunity to learn about how data models and analyses can be used to drive change in policy development and planning.
Attendees can expect to learn about:
- How individuals and organisations can find and use labour market information (LMI) data to drive program and policy change
- How to identify barriers to working with local data (especially in rural regions) and how to overcome them
- Resources that can help you find, assess, and apply local data to support workforce development initiatives
