The Ontario East Municipal Conference (OEMC) is the most popular, and one of the longest running, annual regional municipal conferences held in eastern Ontario. Each year our speakers, delegates and exhibitors comprise a diverse group of elected officials, economic development professionals, entrepreneurs, municipal service providers, private sector business leaders and provincial and federal partners involved in community economic development.
The 2023 Ontario East Municipal Conference (OEMC) is in person only from Wednesday, September 6 to Friday, September 8, 2023 at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre, providing easy access and great facilities for participants and exhibitors with close proximity to Highway 417 and VIA Rail Ottawa.
The Ontario East Economic Development Commission presents the conference with a goal of providing relevant, dynamic programming and opportunities to share knowledge and best practices to enhance economic opportunities and successes, along with many opportunities for networking and a lot fun! With three streams (Economic Development, Municipal & Community Development and Workforce Development), we have another great line-up of sessions of interest for all our delegates.
